Set up in 4 simple steps

From download to your first bulk message — it takes just a few minutes.

  1. 1

Download & install on your PC

Pick the Mac or Windows installer below and install the Tufee WhatsApp Tool on the computer you'll use for sending messages.

  2. 2

Log in with your Tufee admin account

Open the tool and sign in using the same admin account you use in the Tufee app. This links the tool to your institute.

  3. 3

    Connect your WhatsApp

The tool shows a QR code. On your phone open WhatsApp → Linked devices → Link a device, and scan it. Your WhatsApp is now linked to the tool.

  4. 4

Keep the tool running on your PC. Now whenever you (or your staff) send WhatsApp messages from the Tufee app, they are delivered automatically through your linked WhatsApp.

Frequently asked questions

Does my computer need to stay on?+

Yes — the tool needs to be running on a PC with internet while messages are being sent, just like WhatsApp Web stays connected on your phone.

Is my WhatsApp safe?+

Your WhatsApp stays linked only to your own PC through the official WhatsApp linked-devices feature. No messages or numbers are stored on any external server.

Do I need the latest Tufee app?+

Yes. Please update the Tufee app to the latest version so it can talk to the WhatsApp Tool correctly.

Windows: .exe or .msi?+

Use the .exe (Setup) installer for normal use — it supports automatic updates. The .msi is provided for IT / enterprise deployment only.
